Carstens leads BBF’s Programs Office which works closely with corporate and other in-kind donors while maintaining direct relationships with recipient partners both here at home and throughout the world. “I am so pleased to be part of such an amazing team. It is a pleasure to work with all of my colleagues together to advance BBF’s mission of helping bridge the gap between aid and sustainability,” said Carstens.

BBF’s President, Ozzy Samad added, “Having rejoined us last April to lead the Healthcare Program, Liam has well-earned becoming the head of all BBF Programs. He has had a tremendous impact on the productivity of the program area and enabled us to help more people in need in these challenging times.”
