A Letter From Vice President of Development and Communications Laura Kelly
Dear Friends,
This fall, Brother’s Brother Foundation is inviting our community to help create a healthier, brighter, more equitable world.
Every day, families face barriers to healthcare, essential resources, and recovery following a disaster. BBF responds with practical support that meets immediate needs and helps communities move forward. From medicines and medical equipment to Mobile Health Clinics and disaster relief, each program brings us closer to a world where more people have the opportunity to live healthy, secure lives.
October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month offers one example of this work. This year marks five years since my breast cancer diagnosis and the creation of Blossoming Beyond. What began as a personal experience has grown into a fund supporting women in Georgia, Pennsylvania, and New York, as well as through programs in Honduras and India.
Blossoming Beyond helps turn awareness into action through counseling, education, treatment, recovery services, and access to breast health resources. It reflects what we hope to accomplish across all BBF programs: meeting people where they are with support that makes a meaningful difference.
This fall, your generosity can help create healthier communities, brighter futures, and a more equitable world for those who need it.
Thank you for being part of this work.
Sincerely,
Laura Kelly
