Shipment Restocks Medicine Dispensary In Honduran Farming Town

Juan Robles had never taken prednisone before but had heard of the name. The steroid can help with allergies, inflammation, arthritis, and even Robles’ asthma. If, that is, you have enough money to buy it and unfortunately, Robles does not.
Robles lives in Yoro, a small farming town in north-central Honduras, where medicine shortages and poverty make natural remedies the only option. The homeopathic remedies Robles has used to treat his asthma have not helped much; his health has suffered for years.
Life looks different for Robles, though, now that he takes prednisone. A recent pharmaceutical and medical supply shipment from Brother’s Brother Foundation restocked a medicine dispensary in Yoro and Robles now receives the steroid at no cost.
“I’m grateful to receive a supply of medicine that I know I need for life,” Robles said. “God bless you for this lifesaving blessing.”
