BBF Global Relief Give From the Heart Fund | BBF Global Relief

(Pittsburgh, PA) BBF Global Relief, an international relief organization based in Pennsylvania, has announced the launch of their 2024 Give From the Heart campaign. The annual campaign provides funding for all BBF Global Relief programs. Contributions go directly into the Give From the Heart Fund.

Given the theme of the annual campaign, Valentine’s Day seemed like the perfect occasion to launch this year’s fund drive. BBF Global Relief relies heavily on individual and corporate donations to fund its relief efforts related to healthcare, disaster response, education, and infrastructure.

In 2023, BBF Global Relief:

● served 36 countries.

● supplied 165M+ doses of medicine.

● responded to 19 disasters.

● shipped 200K+ textbooks to Africa and the Caribbean.

The organization’s leaders are hoping that this year will be even more impactful than last. They are relying on the generosity of their donors to help make it happen.

“BBF is committed to building a brighter and more sustainable future for communities in need across the globe,” said BBF Global Relief VP of Communications and Development Laura Kelly. “Through our focus areas of healthcare, infrastructure, disaster response, and education, our programs are creating a lasting impact that will resonate.”

Those wishing to donate to the Give From the Heart Fund can do so by calling 412-321-3160 during regular business hours. Donations can also be made through the organization’s website. Their donation page is found here

About BBF Global Relief

BBF Global Relief, formerly known as Brother’s Brother Foundation, provides funding and material assistance to bridge the gap between aid and sustainability. Their mission includes supporting local programs and providing resources where they are needed most. BBF Global Relief focuses on four key areas: healthcare, infrastructure, disaster response, and education (H.I.D.E).

The Pittsburgh-based non-profit was founded in 1958 by renowned public health innovator Dr. Robert Hingson, whose vision was to see a world free from devastating diseases like smallpox, measles, and cholera. In the decades since BBF Global Relief was launched, needy communities across the globe have received vital support and hope.
